The composition of the Quebec prehospital sector is distinct from several other provinces: sometimes private, cooperative, or even province controlled. Despite these differences, those involved in Quebec Paramedic Services are unanimous that numerous operational challenges are knocking on the doors of Paramedic Services. Climate crises are increasingly impacting daily operations and making actions aimed at making the prehospital ecosystem more resilient an essential priority. We need to have a clear and common vision regarding the best practices and strategies to deploy. At the heart of Paramedic Services are its frontline workers. In this panel discussion, discover how leaders can position themselves to address the human challenges that arise when responding to these events.
